Notes of Nature KIPINÄ

Have you ever had coffee by the fire at the campfire site in Emäsalo next to our coffee roastery, where the campfire gives warmth to visitors while they admire the majestic sea view? This coffee was inspired by that location. We wanted to capture the same atmosphere in the roast of this coffee.

Like a spark (kipinä means spark in Finnish), this coffee is strong with a roasted aroma, but with sweetness to balance the flavour. The nutty notes of this blend are ideal for brewing a strong espresso or a rich, smooth filter coffee. Kipinä is ideal for serving with milk and it is one of our most popular coffees!

Notes of Nature KORPI

Remember the dark, rugged, pristine forest you found on your outing in the wild? We wanted to capture the intensity of that wild landscape in the roast of this coffee. Korpi is a dark, intense but balanced blend with light notes of berries. This dark roast is ideal for brewing perfect filter coffee for lovers of dark roast, or a more traditional espresso, ideal for enjoying with milk or oat drink. Korpi is one of our most popular coffees, and with good reason: it is exactly the type of soft dark roast that is trendy today!
